Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. A request for a Paypal statement may need to be made in order for the fulfillment process to be completed. Send your name and the product(s) you want to buy to our Paypal dept.
Sales Tax
NO SALES TAX. Colorado residents will have 2.9% sales tax added to their order.
Shipping
Your shipping options are Standard Shipping or Express Delivery. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped within 2 business days, provided the items are in stock at the time of purchase. Orders are shipped from our office in Boulder, Colorado. Note: Shipping only occurs on business days. "Business day" means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially between December 12 and December 24.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses of processing your order, packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, as well as related overhead, etc. All shipping fees are calculated based on merchandise total.
For an additional charge of $30.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. An additional charge of $7.50 (per address) will be added for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from PrimalFuture.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Address Undeliverable
If you provide us with an incorrect address for delivery one of two things will happen.
- The shipping company will notify you that the address is undeliverable and give you a chance to contact the driver with the correction. In this case the package will be redelivered.
- If the shipping company still can't obtain a correct address they will return the package to Primal Future. In this case you will receive a refund check for the total goods purchased less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Refusal of Delivery
If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.
Our Returns Policy
You may return non-perishable products returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging, within 10 days of delivery for a refund equaling the price of the product(s) less a 10% restocking fee (shipping is not refunded). We are unable to exchange items, we can however mail you a refund check. For return authorization or questions please use our Contact Form.

- You must obtain a return authorization.
- Items must be returned within 10 days.
- Items must be in original packaging in saleable condition.
- If items arrive damaged, contact Customer Service\ immediately.
- Returns have a 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- No returns for selections that don't appeal to your taste.
- If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.
Returning a gift? If the item you're returning was designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to the purchaser from PrimalFuture.com, we will either replace it or issue you a Primal Future e-GiftCard for the amount of the return less shipping costs and restocking fee. There are no returns for e-GiftCards.
